Deposit Policy for Hair Orders
Once we've selected your method and hair type, a non-refundable deposit is required to move forward with your install. This deposit covers the cost of ordering and custom-colouring your extension or integration hair.
Because the hair is customized specifically for you, all deposits are non-refundable once the hair has been ordered.
Final balances are due at the time of service.
Payment plans may be available upon request.

My studio is a private space where I give each guest my full attention and care. In return, I ask for a few simple boundaries to keep things running smoothly and respectfully for everyone.

Please arrive on time. I book one-on-one appointments and reserve the full time just for you. If you're running late, just let me know—life happens. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid overlapping into another guest's time.

I don’t typically require deposits—but if you’ve missed or rescheduled appointments multiple times, I may ask for a deposit to hold your next booking. It’s never personal—it’s simply to protect both of our time and energy.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me a chance to fill your spot and support another client on their hair journey. Last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

My studio is a quiet, focused space designed for private, one-on-one appointments. I kindly ask that you arrive solo unless we’ve discussed something in advance.

My sweet dog Lupita and friendly cat Frida are often in the studio—they’re quiet, calm, and part of the cozy, low-stress vibe. If you're not comfortable around animals, just let me know in advance. They’re more than happy to hang out in their own space during your appointment.
